Healthy Cardio

This session aims to improve the capacity, efficiency and strength of the heart and lungs. This is done through a variety of light exercise activities such as walking, jogging, skipping, dancing, and light fun exercise routines.

Strength

This session aims to help improve muscle strength and endurance, maintain posture and body shaping of the legs, stomach, arms, chest, back, shoulders, incorporating a progressive programme of light weight strength exercises.

One You Walk

This sessions involve a variety of walks in various locations of parks & fields, involving various types of walking such as flat walking, mild walk, brisk & light uphill. If you’re not as active as you should be you are putting your health at risk.

FUN-ctional Pilates

Session aims to help improve mobility & movements of the major joins of the shoulders, elbows, wrists, neck, mid spine, lower back, waist, hips, knees & ankles. The session will include light movements for these major joints.

Physical activity is easy to take up and has an immediate effect, reducing your risk of developing illnesses and improving your wellbeing.

It is medically proven that people who do regular physical activity have up to a 50% lower risk of diabetes, 35% lower risk of heart disease and stroke and 30% lower risk of depression and dementia.
