Monday 11:00 - 12:00 Healthy Cardio Tottenham Green Pools and Fitness, N15 4JA This session aims to improve the capacity, efficiency and strength of the heart and lungs. This is done through a variety of light exercise activities such as walking, mild jog, jogging, skipping, dancing, and light fun exercise routines incorporating these movements and others.
Monday 14:00 – 15:00 Strength Tottenham Green Pools and Fitness, N15 4JA This session aims to help improve muscle strength and endurance, maintain posture and body shaping of the legs, stomach, arms, chest, back, shoulders, incorporating a progressive programme of light weight strength exercises.
Tuesday 11:00 - 12:30 One You Walk Chestnuts Park, N15 5BN This session will provide a higher intensity walk incorporating multi-sports based activities in the park, including use of the outdoor gym equipment, tennis, netball and basketball courts.
Thursday 11:00 – 12:00 One You Walk Woodside Park N22 8YX, Meet location Haringey Civic Centre The Walking sessions involve a variety of walks in various locations of parks and fields, involving various types of walking such as flat walking, mild walk, brisk walk and light uphill.
Thursday 14:00 – 15:00 FUN-ctional Mobility Tottenham Green Pools and Fitness, N15 4JA This session aims to help improve mobility and movements of the major joins of the shoulders, elbows, wrists, neck, mid spine, lower back, waist, hips, knees and ankles. The session will include light movements for these major joints.

Haringey Walking Group

Move More every Thursday at 11am. Sign up and join us at Haringey Civic Centre to start the walk.

Get fit and join the local community for an hour a week.

The group walks around all the familiar hotspots in Haringey including Trinity Gardens and Nightingale Gardens. We also love to explore more green areas in Haringey and have visited other local facilities such as Wolves Lane Garden Centre, Alexandra Palace, and Woodside Park.
