  1. Don’t get thirsty- stay hydrated with non-sugar fluids

  3. Close the kitchen after your evening meal
  4. Plan the times of your meals in advance
  5. Take regular movement breaks or walks throughout the day
  6. Fill half your plate with veg
  7. Eat the rainbow- ensure you have a variety of different colourful food on your plate
  8. Eat mindfully
  9. Beat your cravings- have a few different distractions that you can use when you have a craving
  10. Keep a food diary
