Our course is designed by experts and is proven to help you lose weight in a safe and sustainable way.
The classes are for 1 hour, every week for 12 weeks.

We also have an exclusive Facebook group where you can interact with fellow participants in Haringey. You will be invited to the group once you join our Manage Your Weight programme.

Sign up to our lose weight programme and one of our advisors will contact you to get you registered and booked onto a 12-week course, we have a range of dates and times, and you can choose an online or face to face course.
