Free 12-week weight management course

Maintaining a healthy weight is important for your overall health as it helps lower your risk of heart disease, stroke and certain cancers. Small, realistic changes to your diet can have an important positive effect.

Our course is designed by experts and is proven to help you lose weight in a safe and sustainable way.

The classes are for 1 hour, every week for 12 weeks.

Online classes

Our Weight Management sessions are taking place online – and you can still get involved.

We also have an exclusive Facebook group where you can interact with fellow participants in Haringey. You will be invited to the group once you join our Manage Your Weight programme.

How to get involved

Sign up to our Lose Weight programme and one of our Health Coaches will be in touch to get you started.

You’ll have a personal chat about your current health first and then will receive an invite link with instruction for joining the sessions online.
