If you’d like to discover the best way to get fit but aren’t sure where to start, our Health Coaches are here to help you.

When you join our Move More programme, your Health Coach will help you set personal goals to help you get fit and healthy in a way that suits you.

You’ll learn about how to live a more active lifestyle and get the chance to attend our free classes as part of the Mr Motivator Club and the Walking Group.

  • Full body Flow

    This class is divided typically into 3 sections: cardio, strength, and flexibility. With approximately 15 minutes on each. Each exercise is broken down into 3 variations to suit everyone’s level. The objective is to get the core body stronger so weighted exercises are easier for you to manage. This class is a great start before progressing into weights and resistance.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    This class is designed to strengthen each joint and muscle group to correct muscular imbalances, improve posture and movement, and gain strength. There is an emphasis on breathwork, strengthening all major muscle groups to assist you with your daily movements. The class will end with some ‘core-floor’ work, deep stress relieving stretching and ‘wind down time’ to complete a balanced workout so you can walk into the week and weekend stronger.

  • Sit to Strengthen

    This class will help you strengthen your stability muscles from your seat. With an emphasis on breathing to improve posture, the exercises are tailored to assist mobility and all-round strength, particularly in those weaker areas.

  • The 7 Circuit

    The 7 Circuit is a fun but intense class with variation and structure. With 7 stations, each exercise is to be completed for approximately 1 minute before a rest period of 2 minutes for 3 rounds in total. The workout as always begins with a warmup before finishing with some wind down exercises and stretching so that you can reap the rewards of a full circle circuit.

Walking Group

As part of our Move More programme, we also offer our free weekly Walking Group on Thursdays.

The walking sessions take place in various locations across Haringey and incorporates different walking styles such as flat walking, mild walk, brisk walk, light uphill.

All exercise sessions provide a fun, warm and inviting environment.

How to get involved

Sign up to One You Haringey and one of our Health Coaches will be in touch to get you started.

You’ll have a personal chat about your current health and activity levels. We’ll help you set some goals and then book you into an appropriate online Move More class.

You’ll receive your invite and instructions for joining the session online. Grab your water bottle and join other Haringey residents taking part from their homes too!

Mr Motivator Club

Join free live classes every week at the Motivation Club! By joining Move More, you’ll also get access to 12 weeks of free pre-recorded and live streamed sessions via their Mr Motivator Club website. Access to the club usually costs £6.99 but as part of our new partnership with Mr Motivator we’re offering FREE access to get Haringey moving more!

They cater to all fitness levels, so try it today, and you'll see all the positive benefits both for your body and mind.

Activities are colour coded so it’s easy to see which ones are suitable for your ability level.

As part of the Mr Motivator Club, you’ll have access to:

During the 12 weeks we will contact you to see how you have been getting on. After 12 weeks, you have the option of staying on with the MMC for a monthly fee, which is totally up to you.

Please note: to access the free 12 weeks of online delivery, we will need to pass on your email address so they can provide you with an account. By signing up to this, you consent for your account to be created by the Mr Motivator Club.
