We also have an exclusive Facebook group where you can interact with fellow participants in Haringey. You will be invited to the group once you join our Move More programme. You can also watch some of our exercise videos on our One You Haringey YouTube Channel.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

Sign up to One You Haringey and one of our Health Coaches will be in touch to get you started.

You’ll have a personal chat about your current health and activity levels. We’ll help you set some goals and then book you into an appropriate online Move More class.

You’ll receive your invite and instructions for joining the session online. Grab your water bottle and join other Haringey residents taking part from their homes too!

If you’d like to discover the best way to get fit but aren’t sure where to start, our Health Coaches are here to help you.

When you join our Move More programme, your Health Coach will help you set personal goals to help you get fit and healthy in a way that suits you.

You’ll learn about how to live a more active lifestyle and get the chance to attend our free classes such as Zumba, Pilates and Outdoor fit. Classes are suitable for all levels of abilities.

The easiest way to tell whether you’re walking fast enough is by downloading the free Active 10 app, which

is available for Apple and Android phones.The app will show you when you’re walking briskly during the day and highlight when you could fit in more.
