Physical activity is easy to take up and has an immediate effect, reducing your risk of developing illnesses and improving your wellbeing. Being active is really good for your body, mind and health – and there are lots of easy ways you can get moving. Physical activity is anything that gets you moving. It’s not just about playing sport – it can be simple things such as walking, cycling, gardening or even vacuuming the floor.

Whatever your age, size or physical condition you will benefit from being more active. Just remember, even a little effort can make a difference!

We can help you develop an activity plan and find fun and easy ways to help you get active.

We can also offer you personal support from a Health and Wellbeing Coach who will complete a physical activity assessment with you and help you set personal goals to be more active.

is available for Apple and Android phones.The app will show you when you’re walking briskly during the day and highlight when you could fit in more.
