When you join our Move More programme, your Health Coach will help you set personal goals to help you get fit and healthy in a way that suits you.
As part of our Move More programme, we also offer our free weekly Walking Group on Thursdays.
The walking sessions take place in various locations across Haringey and incorporates different walking styles such as flat walking, mild walk, brisk walk, light uphill.
All exercise sessions provide a fun, warm and inviting environment.

You’ll have a personal chat about your current health and activity levels. We’ll help you set some goals and then book you into an appropriate online Move More class.
You’ll receive your invite and instructions for joining the session online. Grab your water bottle and join other Haringey residents taking part from their homes too!
