There’s never been a better time to quit!

Stoptober is a major annual event to encourage smokers to quit for 28 days in October, with the aim of stopping smoking permanently.

Are you thinking of quitting smoking? Research has shown that if you quit for 28 days, you're 5 times more likely to quit for good.

The single best thing you can do to improve your health and the health of the people around you is quit smoking.

Every year more and more people quit smoking during Stoptober and enjoy the benefits of better health.
